Terms of Service for NELBIT

1. Description of Service

NELBIT is a SaaS platform operated by Nelbit Team that allows users to create smart QR codes, track their performance, and build Link Tree pages.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NELBIT to:

• Generate QR codes or Link Tree pages that lead to phishing, malware, scams, or illegal content.
• Spam or harass others.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of our platform.

We reserve the right to disable or delete any QR code or page that violates these terms without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on NELBIT are the intellectual property of Nelbit Team. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your Link Tree pages, but you grant us the right to host it.

4. Limitation of Liability

NELBIT is provided "as is" without any warranties. As an individual creator/team, Nelbit Team shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruptions caused by the use or inability to use this service.
